Our premium services (such as "AI Astrologer Questions") are **digital consumables**. This means that once a service is requested and the AI generation process has commenced, the "product" is considered consumed and cannot be "returned."
2. No Refunds on Completed Services
**All sales are final.** We do not issue refunds for:
- Astrological readings that you disagree with or find inaccurate (astrology is subjective).
- Services that have already been generated and delivered to your screen.
- Change of mind after the transaction is complete.
3. Technical Failures
We stand by the technical quality of our delivery. If a technical error occurs (e.g., you paid but the system crashed and did not display an answer), we will investigate and provide either:
- A manual refund of the transaction.
- A credit code to retry your question.
